Over the Alps

The flight over the Alps took 4 days - February 17-20, 2015. To avoid problems of flying and photographing in the narrow valleys at the same time I took photographer Jindrich Ilem with me. I appreciated the decision especially while climbing in tight circles to 10500 feet msl at the end of a valley leading up to Grossglockner in Austria. The whole trip covered Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy. We flew over and photographed some of the most spectacular parts of the Alps including Jungfrau, Mont Blanc, Bernina, Eiger, Matterhorn mountains or Brenner pass, Aletsch glacier and much more.
